Welcome to my forum
I created this forum so that we could talk about my restaurant and food--my favorite subject
so just to be clear here a a few ground rules to get started with.

this is a very little censorship zone, and I mean that.

Da Rules-

do not spam--spammers will be boiled in oil and fricasseed--(banned)

do not use profane language-- users of profanity will be roasted--(posts deleted)

do not flame people--users of flame will be grilled to perfection--(posts deleted)

critiques and criticisms are allowed, about what a poster had said--not the poster, if the critique becomes about the poster it becomes a flame(see flamers above)

recipes from all sources are allowed but they must be credited back to the original source--if the original source is not known please state that in your recipe.
and do try to locate the original source and revise you crediting.

for now--these are Da Rules

Just in case anyone is actually reading this, EVERYONE and I Mean EVERYONE is able to post a reply to any topic that is not locked, they may also vote in any poll. Only registered users may actually create topics or polls.

I am doing this for several reasons, one of which is to have most of my work easier to access, by you and by me. another is to have total creative control over everything that goes up, It might not be as pretty but it will load faster. the last is because of personal branding, I do not want to use someone else's product name, no matter how much I like the name I created, It dilutes what I am and what I am doing.
